We attempted to find pecans… but we were about a month and a half too late. Oh well, I found a snail. ;)

it’s the first Saturday of Christmas break. so what better to do than watch movies and take pictures??? :D

This morning I watched “A White Christmas” and ate little snowball/men thingies. I’m not usually a huge fan of nuts, but these were actually pretty good! ;)

     

THEN. mom and I watched “Phantom of the Opera”… SO GOOD. (and VERY confusing too… but maybe once I read the book it will make more sense… hopefully?)

And then afterwards, Kandie and I had a nice, jolly old photo shoot. excuse the attractive Saturday afternoon look. :P

 (in other news, my dandelion picture placed 1st at our school’s fine arts festival… none of my other pieces placed, but boy did I learn a lot from that experience. apparently I need to learn to take critiques better… ha. ;))
